By innovating processes like thermo-forming through pressing, heating, and tooling systems, AITIIP enables dismantled composite panels to be re-shaped into new functional parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compass-horizon.eu\/?page_id=882\">COMPASS consortium<\/a>, made up of 13 international partners, is also building a <strong>digital product passport<\/strong> that will track every component\u2019s journey through its life cycle. This data-driven approach aims to improve dismantling efficiency, quality control, and remanufacturing planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Economically, COMPASS projects substantial market potential: by 2035, recovered metallic waste could generate around <strong>\u20ac60 million\/year<\/strong>, while composite materials could reach <strong>\u20ac500 million\/year<\/strong>.
