Aitiip Showcases COMPASS Innovations at JEC World 2025 | 4-6 June 2025

Aitiip established a stand at the JEC WORLD fair in Paris, where they presented various projects, including COMPASS, to interested visitors.

Aitiip’s participation in JEC World 2025 offered this past March, a valuable opportunity to strengthen connections with international stakeholders and explore new avenues for collaboration in the composites sector. As the world’s leading event for composite materials—bringing together more than 1,350 exhibitors from nearly 100 countries, JEC World provided an ideal setting for exchanging ideas and showcasing technological advances that are shaping the future of the industry.

At its booth, Aitiip presented a wide range of ongoing initiatives and capabilities in the field of sustainable and high-performance composites. Among these, the European COMPASS project stood out as a key example of Aitiip’s commitment to driving innovation toward circularity and environmental responsibility. The project focuses on the development of eco-designed composite materials, including bio-based resins, repairable and recyclable components, and advanced digital tools that support lifecycle optimization.

Visitors to the stand were able to engage with Aitiip experts and explore the progress made within COMPASS, while also learning about the broader portfolio of research, development, and industrial services that Aitiip brings to the composites sector. The hands-on discussions illustrated how initiatives like COMPASS are contributing to a more circular and sustainable approach in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and energy.

Beyond project dissemination, Aitiip used JEC World 2025 as a platform to exchange ideas, identify synergies with other EU-funded projects, and promote cross-sector collaboration on key challenges such as waste reduction, design for recyclability, and the integration of digitalization in composite manufacturing.

Looking ahead, Aitiip remains focused on advancing the sustainability of composite materials through both research and industrial application.

The momentum generated during JEC World 2025, through initiatives like COMPASS and beyond, will help bring innovative solutions to market and support Europe’s transition toward a more circular economy.
